We hear it all the time: “I want to go to culinary school, but I can’t pay for everything up front.” Fair enough. That’s a real concern, and we’d rather address it directly than pretend it doesn’t exist.

So we did something about it. We’re now offering a new 36-month payment plan that spreads tuition into manageable monthly payments — on top of federal aid, scholarships, and veteran benefits. If the cost of culinary school has been the thing standing between you and a career in food, this changes the conversation.

What it means for the next starting cohort

Our 9-month program puts one chef alongside each student from Day 1. You’re not watching demonstrations in a lecture hall — you’re cooking, getting real-time correction, and building the kind of proficiency that makes you employable in any kitchen. You keep everything you cook. You start with a cohort of up to 20 students and finish together. And with 36 months to pay, the financial side doesn’t have to be the obstacle.

A quick note on timing

If you’re planning to use FAFSA funding, keep in mind that financial aid takes time to process. It’s worth factoring into your timeline so everything lines up with your start date.
