Apprenticeship
What is Apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships provide hands-on training and practical skills, combining online learning with on-the-job experience. They create a talent pipeline for employers and offer apprentices pathways to career advancement in the culinary industry. This apprenticeship program is accredited by the ACF® and registered with the U.S Department of Labor. You can learn more about it here.

How long is the apprenticeship program?

The Certified Sous Chef (CSC®) Apprenticeship Program is a 2 Year (4,000 hours) of on-the-job training and 420 hours of online learning.
