Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time (40 hrs/ week) Chef/ Kitchen Manager for Governor’s Ridge Retirement Community, a senior living community in Decatur, TX. Titan SenQuest Management owns and operates 15 senior living communities in six states. We are a growing company that is passionate about seniors and our employees. Minimum Job Qualifications

· Provide leadership for food service department, train and develop staff in cooking and management skills. Has a current ServSafe Certification.

· Minimum of 2 years food service managerial experience.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Oversee 3 meals daily for community residents.

· General knowledge of Menu development.

· General knowledge of business accounting.

· Oversight of all kitchen and dining room employees and policies.

· Respond to resident comments and address those concerns.

· General knowledge of maintenance.

· General knowledge of food service and safe food handling practices.

· Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements.

· Must understand emergency procedures as well as familiarity with MSDS procedures.

· Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.

· Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability
