CocuSocial: Hands-On Cooking Classes in Fort Worth
You don’t have to enroll in culinary school to cook like you did. Introducing CocuSocial — hands-on cooking classes from the Culinary School of Fort Worth, made for anyone who loves food and wants a fun, social way to learn.
What is CocuSocial? CocuSocial is our hobby cooking class series: approachable, instructor-led classes where you roll up your sleeves and make something delicious from scratch. No experience required — just curiosity and an appetite to match. Classes are taught by Culinary School of Fort Worth chefs and held at our Ridglea North location.
Who is it for? Date nights, friend groups, team outings, or anyone looking for a memorable evening that isn’t just another dinner reservation. If you’ve ever wanted to learn fresh pasta from a professional, roll your own sushi, or pipe a perfect macaron, this is for you.
What kinds of classes are offered? The lineup rotates throughout the year. Recent and upcoming classes have included:
- Handcrafted Pasta: An Italian Cooking Experience — make fresh pasta by hand with Chef Ched
- Hand-Rolled Sushi — roll restaurant-quality sushi with Chef Camila
- The Macaron Experience: Pipe, Bake, Fill — master the French macaron with Chef Rosemary
Each class is a few hours of hands-on cooking that ends with the best part: eating what you made.
