DFMi will be exhibiting at the IFSA Global EXPO at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas, September 8–10, 2026, and we are looking to hire three culinary students for a paid opportunity to join our team during the event.
Students will assist with light food preparation, plating, serving samples, keeping our exhibit stocked and organized, and helping food service run smoothly throughout the show.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a major industry event while working alongside a well-seasoned chef, food manufacturers, airline catering professionals, suppliers, and other industry leaders.
