Treatday Artisan Chocolates is a Dallas-based company creating handcrafted chocolates and bespoke gifts for luxury hotels, brands, and special occasions. Founded by a scientist turned chocolatier, we’re a small team that cares deeply about flavor, craftsmanship, and presentation.
We’re looking for a Chocolate Production Assistant who enjoys working with their hands, notices the little details, and takes pride in doing excellent work. This is a hands-on role in a commercial kitchen for someone eager to learn the craft of chocolate confection making and willing to help wherever the day’s work takes them.
What you’ll do:
Assist with chocolate production, recipes, and packaging.
Follow recipes and production instructions carefully and consistently.
Inspect finished chocolates and packaging for quality and presentation.
Prepare ingredients and supplies, and keep work areas clean and organized.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Pitch in with other production tasks as needed.
