Summer High School Educator Workshops
Registered Apprenticeship Program
The Culinary School of Fort Worth is the Program Sponsor for the ACF Apprenticeship at The Culinary School of Fort Worth. The U.S. Department of Labor defines a “Registered Apprenticeship” as an “industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience, receive progressive wage increases, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally-recognized credential. Registered Apprenticeships are industry-vetted and approved and validated by the U.S. Department of Labor or a State Apprenticeship Agency.”
CERTIFIED SOUS CHEF® APPRENTICESHIP
The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation has approved the CSC® apprenticeship program at The Culinary School of Fort Worth. This apprenticeship program is to provide working culinarians an opportunity to achieve nationally recognized certifications by combining paid on-the-job learning with theory-based online classroom instruction. CSFTW partners with employers to offer the CSC® Registered Apprenticeship. Accreditation
At The Culinary School of Fort Worth, we believe that accredited culinary schools are the best way to obtain a degree in culinary arts. Our culinary school is accredited by ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training). The Professional Culinary Program is accredited by ACFEFAC (American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission). It is also approved and Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, Austin, Texas.

The Culinary School of Fort Worth is located right in the heart of DFW. The CSFTW is approximately 20 miles from Arlington and 40 miles from Dallas.
