CSFTW + Rouxbe curriculum

We have partnered with Arlington ISD and others to develop their culinary programs. We focus on training culinary teachers in all aspects of the kitchen but can customize each program for your specific group’s needs. Our instructors will look at the High School’s program and offer suggestions to grow and improve the existing culinary program.

The Culinary School of Fort Worth is located right in the heart of DFW. The CSFTW is approximately 20 miles from Arlington and 40 miles from Dallas.

Fort Worx

The Tarrant Area Food Bank (TAFB), Taste Project, and The Culinary School of Fort Worth have partnered to create Fort Worx, a job readiness pre-apprenticeship program for adults interested in careers in the foodservice industry.

Apprenticeship Program

The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation has approved the apprenticeship program at The Culinary School of Fort Worth. This apprenticeship program is to provide working culinarians an opportunity to achieve nationally recognized certifications by combining paid on-the-job learning with theory-based online classroom instruction.

Accreditation

At The Culinary School of Fort Worth, we believe that accredited culinary schools are the best way to obtain a degree in culinary arts. Our culinary school is accredited by ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training). The Professional Culinary Program is accredited by ACFEFAC (American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission). It is also approved and Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, Austin, Texas.
