The Culinary School of Fort Worth is excited to announce it’s continued partnership with Independent School Districts across Texas by hosting their second annual Culinary Educators Summer Workshop.

The CSFTW will be hosting two 6-day workshops for culinary educators that are seeking professional development. School district officials will have the opportunity to sign their educators up for these workshops which will take place between June 21-26 and July 19-24.

The 30-hour courses will cover Nutrition and Safety and Sanitation from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Each day of the workshop will feature lecture, demo, and hands-on experience. The workshop will conclude on Saturday with a written and practical exam from 9am to 3pm.

All educators who receive a score of 70 or above on the exams will be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Fundamentals Cook®.

The workshop will take place at The Culinary School of Fort Worth located at 6550 Camp Bowie Blvd, Suite #110, Fort Worth, TX 76116.
