    In Order to Complete your Application We need the following documents:

    1. Submit a copy of your High School Diploma or GED.

    2. Submit your one-page essay that includes: why you are pursuing an education in culinary arts, what your expectations of The CSFTW are, what you hope to have accomplished when you graduate.

    3. Submit one letter of recommendation stating why you would be a positive addition to the student body at The CSFTW.

    4. Submit your current Food Handler's Certificate.

    These items can be uploaded in the form below, emailed to ched@csftw.edu, or mailed to the address below.
